FAQs

How Long Does It Take to Deploy UpSlide?

UpSlide’s implementation involves a tested model with key steps: kick-off, setup, user acceptance testing, rollout, and adoption. The deployment time will then depend on the level of customization needed, the number of users to train, and the additional options you choose.

On average, UpSlide implementation lasts between four to six weeks, during which our in-house team will be on-hand to answer any questions and ensure the deployment is a success.

Is UpSlide Compatible With Mac?

UpSlide can be installed on any machine equipped with Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 (x32 or x64), Microsoft Office 2016, Office 2019, Office 365 Current Channel.

Unfortunately, UpSlide is not fully compatible with Mac. For the time being, Outlook Signature Manager and Gantt Charts are the only compatible modules. Our tech team is hard at work to extend this to the rest of our add-in.

Do You Offer Enterprise License Packages?

Yes, we are a bespoke solution, perfectly scalable to the needs of enterprise teams. Our offering caters to a range of business sizes and needs, including enterprises of over 50,000.

We have successfully deployed UpSlide in hundreds of teams including KPMG, HSBC, BNP Paribas and more.

Can I Get a Personal License?

No, UpSlide does not offer licenses for single users. We’re a premium solution that delivers greatest returns when customized to the brand and workflows of an organization. That’s why we only offer UpSlide for teams of 5 up to enterprises of over 50,000 employees.

How Much Does UpSlide Cost?

The price of UpSlide depends on the number of licenses you require, the options you want and your setup model.

If you want to know how much UpSlide would cost for you, please get in touch with us via the form and our team will be happy to give you a personalized quotation.

Is There a Setup Fee for UpSlide?

Yes, we do charge a setup fee. Our in-house adoption experts provide bespoke roll-out and customization support, depending on your needs, to launch UpSlide successfully across your organization.

Is UpSlide Compatible With My Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC)?

Yes, UpSlide has been approved by Microsoft as a MACC-compatible solution. This means that you can purchase UpSlide through the Microsoft Marketplace.

The cost is included in your existing pre-agreed Azure budget. This means there’s no need to source new spend – just approval of the allocation. If you have a MACC, you’ll be able to adopt UpSlide rapidly, securely, and with minimal friction.
