Context and Objectives
Park Square Capital (“Park Square”) is a leading private credit investor with over $20 billion of assets under management and more than 140 people across ten global offices.
Across the business, critical reporting and investor materials are produced regularly, where accuracy and consistency are essential. Park Square was already using UpSlide to automate data updates from Excel into PowerPoint, helping teams produce materials more efficiently, whilst maintaining the high level of accuracy.
In early 2026, the firm joined the beta program for UpSlide’s new AI Consistency Check feature, becoming one of the first users to work directly with the UpSlide product team on shaping the tool around the complex needs of private credit firms.

Validate AI for Complex Private Credit Workflows
AI Consistency Check is now built into our reporting timetable. The Performance team uses it as a formal review step to support consistency across materials as they are finalized.

Challenges
Park Square’s documents go through multiple rounds of review, with figures repeated across slides, sections and document versions.
While robust controls were already in place, validating consistency across large, evolving documents remained a detailed and time-intensive process.
For Rebecca Ho, Senior Finance Manager at Park Square, this involved carefully cross-checking repeated figures to ensure consistency across pages and iterations.
Rebecca explained: “I would take screenshots of repeating figures from one page to another and do a comparison. As you can imagine, that can become quite time-intensive.”
With complex materials, tight timelines and multiple stakeholders involved in every document, the team identified an opportunity to streamline this process further, enhancing efficiency and consistency without extending the overall review process.
With metrics like net IRR, consistency is critical. AI Consistency Check provides an additional, scalable validation step alongside our existing processes, supporting consistent, robust outputs as materials are finalized.

Impact
Faster Performance Report Review
AI Consistency Check accounts for a meaningful portion of Rebecca’s monthly hours saved with UpSlide, reducing the time spent on manual slide-by-slide checks of repeated figures. It enhances efficiency across the wider suite, enabling faster turnaround of critical reports at scale.
LP-Ready Accuracy
In credit investing, consistency of reported figures is critical. AI Consistency Check supports the team by identifying potential inconsistencies across documents, including areas such as track record calculations, which would otherwise require extensive manual review at scale.
Cross-Team Adoption
AI Consistency Check is now expanding beyond the Performance team, with the Investor Relations team adopting it across pitch books and investor materials. It is used at multiple stages of the document lifecycle to help maintain consistency as materials evolve.
